The IPOC materials will integrate for the first time guidance on the Protection of Civilians, Child Protection and Conflict-Related Sexual Violence in United Nations peacekeeping into one set of training materials in order to highlight the inherent linkages between these areas and provide a single comprehensive package to member states. After completion of an advanced draft of the IPOC materials, DPET convenes 25 international experts for a consultation workshop in Austria from 31 October to 4 November 2016. The objectives of the workshop will be to review the contents of the draft IPOC package and validate the over-arching narrative of the training.en
