SMART II workshop, 16-20 January 2017

Abstract

The Senior Mission Administration and Resource Training (SMART) Programme is therefore seeking to improve the performance of managers in support functions in Missions by, using a blended training approach of combining e learning with face-to-face workshops. Course Objectives: The overall goal is to provide training, within the framework of the strategic objectives of the DFS Global Field Support Strategy, in order to build a pool of support managers who will be able to provide effective support to the implementation of mission mandates. The course was held from 16-20 January 2017 at the United Nations Global Service Centre, Brindisi, Italy
