| dc.description.abstract | These standardized training materials for the UN Military on Child Protection have been updated in line with the 2017 DPKO-DFS-DPA Policy on Child Protection in Peace Operations. These are optional specialized training modules which aim at introducing child protection concepts and providing child protection mission-specific tactical scenarios for discussion among military and police contingent leaders and staff. The materials intend to promote a better understanding of the missions' child protection mandate, of actors inside and outside of the mission who contribute to the protection of children, and of actors integral to the coordination of child protection. | en |
