| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of these Guidelines is both to provide a legal and operational framework for and to facilitate the safe acquisition of information from human sources for peacekeeping-intelligence (thereafter “HPKI”). These Guidelines are part of the Peacekeeping-Intelligence Framework and should be read in conjunction with the DPO Policy on Peacekeeping-Intelligence1 (hereafter “the Policy”).
